Certification Letter and Transcript Request To request a certification letter or transcript from JAIMS, please download the Request Form and fax it to JAIMS with your payment of $5 per document. [Fax: (808) 396-7111] For JEMBA and CHEMBA graduates: JAIMS transcripts include the language classes taken at JAIMS as well as several MBA courses taken at UH, which count toward the Japan-focused Management Certificate or China-focused Management Certificate, respectively.  Should you need a transcript that indicates the completion of MBA program, please contact University of Hawaii Office of Admissions and Records.   If you have any questions, call us at (808) 395-2314 / (808) 396-7130 or email: info@jaims.org.
